Croydon EBP was formed in 1990 and is both a registered company and a charity. It is governed by a Board whose directors are senior executives from both education and business. The CEBP team of staff offer a friendly and welcoming service bringing to the brokerage of education business liaison a breadth of professional knowledge and expertise.
Croydon EBP’s remit is to generate partnerships between education and business and support work-related learning and enterprise skills in young people. This is achieved through the delivery of a variety of programmes which develop young people’s understanding of the world of work whilst enhancing their employability skills. All their projects and activities are delivered with the support of the business community with whom they have a very positive relationship.
Croydon EBP’s role in building worthwhile partnerships between education and industry addresses the vital need to bring genuine knowledge and understanding of business to the classroom.
