Practice interviews are a powerful way to develop the skills and qualities needed by young people for their career planning and management. Through this provision pupils will:
Evaluate the usefulness of a range of employability;
Collect and use relevant information about progression opportunities available to them;
Reflect on achievements, abilities, interests and skills;
Complete job applications and present themselves at an interview;
Understand the importance to employers of attitudes, qualifications and skills.
