Funding

BELS receives funding directly from the London South Learning & Skills Council (LSLSC). This funding originates from  the Department for Children, Schools and Families (DCSF). BELS, in consultation with its partners and the LSC, allocates this funding to consortium members so that they can offer and provide services and activities relating to the delivery of:

In addition to this core funding, BELS has secured funding for a further three LSLSC funded projects.

BELS has also been successfully in bidding for funding from the European Social Fund (ESF). Two separate substantial projects with funding to cover a two-year period have been undertaken with ESF funding.
