BELS Looking For A Fundraiser
We are looking for an experienced, self-motivated and highly organised, fundraiser. Reporting to the Chief Executive, you will be responsible for:
~ Planning and implementing a fundraising strategy
~ Researching and preparing fundraising applications for a broad range of trusts, foundations and other grant giving organisations.
~ Developing and maintaining a database of contacts and sources of funding.
The ideal candidate will have experience within a charity fundraising role and a proven track record in securing target income. Good working knowledge of sources of funding for the educational sector and experience in preparing and submitting targeted proposals and grant applications. You must be able to work with minimal supervision and hit an agreed fundraising target.
