Children entitled to free school lunches should also have free school breakfasts, said an inquiry into diet and behaviour this week. The Parliamentary Food and Health Forum, which has members from consumer groups and the food and drink industry as well as MPs, said more publicly funded research should look at the link between diet and childhood disorders such as depression and aggressive and anti-social behaviour.
