Currently working as Director for 14-19 Strategy in Uxbrige College, Dr Darrell DeSouza has worked in several Senior Management positions within education. Having arrived in England after moving from Kenya as a child, Darrell has studied extensively to gain his PhD, teaching qualification and degree. His qualifications give him a range of experience in the field ranging from Lecturer to Assistant Principle.
