Cre8 Your Future
Cre8 was a Pan-London European Social Fund project that brought together the following organisations:
- 5 Education Business Link Consortia
- 33 Education Business Partnerships.
- Collage Arts
- Connections Communications Centre
- Young Enterprise
Cre8 was a project specifically targeting 13 – 17 year olds who were interested in a career within the Creative Industries. The project was successfully completed on 31st December 2006.
The Cre8 program was set up to help young people in the following ways:
- Develop skills in Music Technology
- Complete a work placement
- Develop skills in video production
- Have a creative industry mentor
- Set up a creative business
- Develop skills in performance
- Learn more about careers in the Creative Industries
- Gain a nationally recognised qualification
