Michael Manning-Prior joined BELS in September 2010. Michael has over 20 years senior level experience of direct service delivery in the field of enterprise development, business incubation and youth enterprise development.
In addition to working on the front line, Michael has led on formulating and implementing strategies at national and international level for the funding, development and transfer of innovation to assist organisations to establish enterprise programmes and business incubation centres across the UK and Europe.
