Stephen Smith joined BELS in January 2009. Stephen has worked in the employment & training sector for the last 7 years. During this period of time he has worked with a wide spectrum off groups ranging from 14 – 19 NEET & EET groups all the way to 50 plus participating on government programs.
By providing support through one to one mentoring and flexible workshops, Stephen has enabled all learners to get through a fun yet challenging approach to learning.
