In this workshop learners explore the different types of behaviour and the reasons for their use.

The workshop focuses on improving social skills and the benefits of using communication effectively. 

Learners will get the opportunity to explore their emotions and the emotions of others through dealing with situations that that can evoke reactions such as anger, criticism and challenging moments.   Learners also get to find out the reasons why people react in the way that they do including onfidence issues. Exercise are undertaken on how to meet the needs of the individual without being offensive to others.

The workshop is delivered as an open forum workshop where learners can talk and bring their own experiences to the discussion.

This workshop is tailored to the specific needs of each group.
