This workshop is a mixture of vocational training & practical activities involving the following; role playing scenarios - consisting of phone & face to face situations, how to respond to customer queries in written format, conveying & articulating a set of instructions for others to follow, understanding the needs of the customer & the affects of good/bad customer service.
The workshop will also involve the help of volunteers to play the roles of characters within the workshop & externally over the phone. The customer service workshop requires the most involvement from learners due to the number of practical exercises they are required to do.
This workshop is tailored to the specific needs of each group.
