This workshop is designed to encourage shy or quiet individuals to open up and assist them in improving their communication.
The workshop is focused on a discussion around the interest of the learner or a particular area previously highlighted for self development. Learners have the opportunity to learn more about the subject of their choice whilst covering aspects in a discussion format that may not have been previously considered.
The workshop also gives the learner the opportunity to explore and impart their own knowledge in a way that promotes self realisation.
