Jim Wallman has been with PET since March 2007, which is a charity that furthers the development of pyschosynthesis psychotherapy by training therapists and counsellors as well as providing counselling. His role as Director of Operations and Development is wide-ranging, including finance, marketing, IT, HR and property management. He has been working at a senior level in the voluntary sector for the last 10 years, including roles as a head of development and head of finance.

Prior his voluntary sector career that he was a senior manager in the Ministry of Defence, with experience in a range of areas including IT, HR, contracting for defence procurement and coordinating top-level budgets for the Navy.

He was a School Governor for 8 years. He has been a trustee of BELS (Business Enterprise London South) since 2004 and is a member of the Charity Finance Directors Group. He is married with three daughters and lives in Streatham.
