Aspiring Heads Programme 2024/25

Congratulations to the teachers who completed the Aspiring Heads programme 24/25!

The programme consisted of 5 training days over the course of the academic year and included sessions in Effective Leadership, Working with Stakeholders, Articulating your story, Management of Resources and Looking after yourself and others.

The programme also involves a session where the delegates shadow a current Barnet Headteacher in a different school to see how other schools operate.

Maria Michael from Holly Park also completed the course but was unable to attend the last session and award event.
