PAPYRUS aims to create suicide safer communities and one of the ways they do this is through their helpline, HOPELINEUK.

Mental Health and Wellbeing
​
If you are experiencing difficulties with your mental health and wellbeing, we offer a range of resources to support you. Our Barnet Integrated Clinical Services (BICS) provides mental health support to children and young people in schools and the community across the borough of Barnet. You can choose to meet face to face or virtually, or access some of our online support below, depending on what your needs are.
We have a BICS support line you can call, 020 8359 3130 which is open Monday to Friday from 9am to 5pm.
We have also engaged with you, our children and young people who have helped create the Mental Health and Wellbeing Charter as well as the Talk About It Campaign, using your voices to ensure you are heard and have the power to create meaningful change. Kooth – online

Kooth is a free, anonymous, and confidential online and text based counselling and emotional well-being platform for children and young people aged 12 -24. It also offers advice on discussion boards with other young people, magazine articles, and live forums.

The Waiting Room - online

An online platform that provides mental health & wellbeing support services in Barnet, including information about CAMHS teams & local organisations. A site created for all children, young people and also families and professionals.
