The Deputy and Assistant Headteachers' Residential provided the perfect opportunity to connect with many school leaders from across Barnet.
After two years of virtual professional development, it was great to have the opportunity to interact and network face-to-face with other Deputy and Assistant Heads. Having the chance to share experiences, discuss best practice and form support networks was invaluable.
The conference provided brilliant CPD! BELS has always provided great quality speakers and this time was no exception. From motivational Olympic speaker Gail Emms, Jonathan Lear – the expert in curriculum design, to learning about all the latest educational trends from the founder of Teacher Tapp, Laura McInerney.
Not only do you leave the conference with the best CPD but also some lifelong friendships too! Overall, the conference was great fun and inspiring – we are looking forward to the next one already.
