FAB Activities - International Week for Disabled People 2025

International Day for Disabled People is on 3 December 2025 and recognises visible and invisible disabilities to promote the importance of inclusion in life and the workplace. To mark this important celebration, FAB (Fit and Active Barnet) and partners have extended the International Day into a full week full of activities! There are a great range of accessible sessions Better and partners are holding in coming weeks which are suitable for all ages. Any activities that are based at Better require a Fit and Active Barnet (FAB) card which is free and the events are free, but people do need to register.
